Fee Schedule for Grace Family Practice & Skin Care

This is a private billing practice with discretionary bulk billing. Bulk billing available for patients who have current Health Assessments or GP Management plans (Care plans) or Mental Health plans done in the practice. All DVA Gold card holders and children <16 yrs (who are permanent patients of our practice) are bulk billed. There is an out of pocket fee for other patients for consultations and procedures. Please check with the reception for further details.
