Meet Dr Sanghmitra Bilwani – GP and Skin Cancer Specialist 

We are delighted to introduce Dr Sanghmitra Bilwani, who has provided comprehensive medical care to the Bargara and surrounding communities at Grace Family Practice & Skin Clinic for more than 12 years.

Dr Bilwani completed her General Practice training through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and has undertaken extensive training in Australia in skin cancer detection, diagnosis and surgery.

She also completed a one-year fellowship in Urogynaecology in Adelaide and is a member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG).

Areas of expertise include:

• Skin cancer detection, diagnosis and surgery
• Complex skin cancer surgery, including skin grafts and flap reconstruction
• Facial and head and neck skin cancer surgery
• Comprehensive management of chronic medical conditions

Dr Bilwani is committed to providing thorough, personalised care, with a particular focus on the early detection and treatment of skin cancers, including complex lesions requiring advanced surgical techniques.
